Our programs address a variety of emotional problems affecting children, teens, adults and families.

I am dedicated to proactively helping teenagers, college students, young adults, and their families actualize their innate potential and inner resources such that they can live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives. Each year CHAC serves more than 7,500 local youth and individuals at our clinic and at 31 school campuses. I also employ the 12-Step precepts of Alateen and Al-Anon when working with the family and friends of those suffering from addiction. In addition to traditional talk therapy, my psychotherapeutic approach selectively includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness and meditation practices. I also work with athletes and musicians to help them focus and achieve maximum performance levels, and I have extensive experience working with those suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). My clinical practice includes helping teenagers, college students, young adults, and their family members decisively deal with the many challenges that people ages 14 to 30 frequently face. I come to therapy with years of corporate business experience and my therapeutic background includes working as a mental health therapist at Los Altos High School in Los Altos, CA, teaching the Heart to Heart seminar at Stanford Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA, and training at the Community Health Awareness Council (CHAC) in Mountain View, CA.
